Yeah that ones tricky. Get the rolling thingy..ok..the ball, lol, on the middle thingy after you turn it sideways and then rock it back and forth slowly until you work it right to where the fire tip is, then flip it around fast after the fire thing goes way. If that makes sense, lol

Trick to get past 11 is to get the ball on the big circle then keep tapping the right arrow.
