Hunters find human remains in Milford

Hunters discovered human remains Monday in a wooded area behind Crop Production Company in Milford, police said today.

The business is located on Rehoboth Avenue.

Milford Detective Dwight Young said the remains were turned over to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy and identification.

He did not say whether the remains were those of a man or a woman.

Additional information will be released after the autopsy in completed and the victim’s next of kin has been notified, Young said.
