Rusty gave me this idea.....
If the Phillies win and they have the parade, are you taking your kids?

probably not.... I don't want my oldest to miss school and my youngest is a little too young I think.
Let me clarify - Kids would be infant to school aged kids.

I would love to go if I could get off from work.
America is an idea, but it's an idea that brings with it some baggage, like power brings responsibility. It's an idea that brings with it equality, but equality even though it's the highest calling, is the hardest to reach. The idea that anything is possible, that's one of the reasons why I'm a fan of America. - Bono, Commencement University of Pennsylvania May 17, 2004
My dad is going to take me and I am his kid....LOL He lives in Delco and we are catching the train from the station by his house.
I don't think Chase is going to come with us because he is trying to act like a workaholic or something...![]()
I wish the parade would be on Saturday, rather than a week day.. I'd take my daughter in a second.. She's only 3 and loves the Phils and Flyers.. Just like her old man..

I am thinking that I am not going to take the kids.
I'll get a good spot and then one will have to pee and the other will want to eat and then they'll both be bored and it will not ba a good time for me at all.
my kids are 5 & 8 so I think that they are a little young to go.

If I was going I might take the older two @ 12 and 13 but the 5 and 7 year olds are a definate no. On the older two, neither is really into the Phils so I can't see that either really. I don't even see me going unless it's a Stanley Cup Parade ...
Ignorance is our most expensive commodity.
I made the mere mention of this to my husband and he immediately replied ..."No Way".
Our kids are an 8 year old boy and a 13 year old girl. My husband seems to think it's going to be absolutely insane with plenty of alcohol, not the best scene for the youngsters.
I'd still go but I don't want to drive or try to park up there. Eek.
Too bad you don't know any cops that could get you an escort, and a gun ...

My permit is valid in 50 States, it's the US Constitution ...

I'm trying to be argumentative, don't mind me ...
Open Carry is legal in Delaware as well but I was heading in another direction, Full Faith and Credit Clause, it's never been tested with regard to reciprocity, or the lack thereof.

I can understand that but the point is that because of Article IV reciprocity should be a given because it's a Court issued document ...
