There will be no hearsay posted, only concrete, first hand advice. No bashing of the areas, just honest informed opinions. This way a person looking to move from anywhere to anywhere in DE might be able to just go to that section and find what they are looking for.

Also we have a rating system built in so we can rate the neighborhoods we are talking about.
