Well I was awoken to yelling and screaming this morning.... so I might as well post a Good morning to Y'all.....
Oh... it was me that was screaming in pain.... Seems that during the night I had forgotten about my back problem, and decided to get up (still half asleep) and take a morning pee....
Back didn't like the way I got up....
got to the bathroom, took a painful piss, now I am going back to the heating pad, muscle relaxers and the remote control...
WTF is on at 4:3o AM on a Sunday???

I get where you are coming from - when I was off for 7 weeks because of surgery, I completely turned my hours around and was going to bed when I should have been getting up...I havent been to bed yet,gonna have to change soon when i heal and return to work,my sleep is all messed up..
The first 2 weeks back to work really sucked.

I kinda like the rain, actually. My house is still quiet, so it's somewhat relaxing to listen to the rain. In an hour or two, I'll have an amped up Lab covered in mud and my 6 year old to shatter that peace and quiet.
