    Senate Votes on SEC Jay, on Monday: Then on Tuesday, MNAT, Traub, Connolly run away

    Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced today, on the Senate floor, the Confirmation Voting on Trump's nominee (Jay Clayton) to be Chair of the Securities Exchanges Commission (SEC) - will transpire this coming Monday (May 1, 2017).

    This activist tried to stop this by filing a Complaint against Trump, Sessions and the SEC, seeking a TRO;
    but the Clerk of D.C. District Court has set up an illegal protocol to block indigent pro se filers from due process.

    Come Tuesday, if the Senate confirms Jay Clayton (as everyone expects) - all hell is going to break loose for those Clayton's friends believes he will protect.

    Jay Clayton is partners with Sullivan Cromwell, working for Goldman Sachs (Clayton's wife is a Sachs exec - also); and Jay is invested in Bain Capital. All 3 (SullCrom, Sachs and Bain Cap have benefited - illegally - from frauds upon me and the eToys entity).

    It would be criminal negligence for Jay Clayton to even bother to touch the eToys case; which means the day in court looms upon U.S. - dooming Paul Traub, Colm Connolly and MNAT.

    Well...the Wahington D.C. District Court Clerk had to docket my lawsuit versus Trump, Sessions and SEC...

    ...So they rushed through the Jay Clayton vonfirmation

    And they think it's all over
