So, when Obama tried to solve the problem of outsourcing of jobs, the Republican controlled Senate blocked it. Why did they block it? Could it be that they didn't mind that the continued loss of American jobs could make people disappointed with Obama? The Republicans in the Senate could have been reassured to think that the typical voter doesn't follow legislative politics very closely and would easily accept the Republican "spin" that fingers Obama as the reason jobs are being lost, not the party that blocked the legislation that would have begun to address the problem.KOLKATA/BANGALORE: Senate Republicans successfully blocked the passage of an anti-offshoring bill that would have denied tax breaks to US companies moving jobs overseas.
