A federal strike force has charged 91 people, including doctors and nurses, in seven cities with Medicare fraud schemes involving $429 million in false billings.
At a news conference, Attorney General Eric Holder says the case reveals an alarming trend of criminal attempts to steal billions of taxpayer dollars for personal gain. Holder called Thursday's action against Medicare fraud one of the largest of its kind.

Now if he (holder/0bama) could pay that much attention to where the guns went that they sold to the drug dealers and are being used to kill border agents we would be doing good.

It was the Obama Administration , Eric Holder , who demoted the officers responsible for the planning and operation of Fast&Furious --a similar one to another guns running operation approved by the Bush Administration where the same problems were never addressed or corrected. So, Yes, under Obama , ATF operations improved in their operational effectiveness and readiness.
