Actually this post is what took it away.....

By the time that oil does 'help' us, it would cost too much to be worth it . We could save the save amount of oil by merely raising fuel economy standards to 40-50 mpg .

Then I made a comment about you wanting a higher industry standard, a few comments later, you went all Fisker on us.

Huh, don't see it but ok. Yeah, I go back and double check things, then I show you the truth. Not just say, go back and red, you'll find the answer let alone the truth. My comments of getting sidetracked were not until a few posts ago.

The planet burns while climate change denying politicians --Republican elected officials--fiddle. But,hey ,climate change is just a theory, right? Like evolution,gravity optics, rocket science,thermodynamics,electricity, magnetism, plate tectonics,--you can't absolutely prove a single one of 'em. Meanwhile,the changes underway are causing droughts, reducing the planet's capacity to feed us, and killing untold numbers of wildlife , including entire species lost from habitat destruction and disappearance. Eventually we're going to have to admit that Big Oil and Big Coal and those who support them are among the Biggest Genocidal Maniacs in history
