Delaware Troopers Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Suspect

LONG NECK, Del.- The Delaware State Police is asking the public's assistance in attempting to identify a female subject who stole a wallet from a car on Long Neck Road and began using credit cards to make purchases in the area.

Police said the incident happened sometime between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:50 p.m. on August 9.

Authorities said a woman removed a wallet from a car parked at the Cedar Tree Medical Center parking lot.

The suspect then began using the credit cards at various locations like McDonalds and numerous stores at the Outlets in Rehoboth.

The suspect is described as a white female with a slender build and a small tattoo on her right shoulder. She is possibly in the company of four small children and operating a 2003-2006 silver Chevrolet Malibu.

Well seems like they have a good description, with the car being identified. Why no tag yet? Setting such a wonderful example for the future of our World she is, what a great mom! Why hasn't the card been shut off for suspicious use? Why hasn't any of the Outlets asked for ID, I guess is the real question?
