DOVER, Del.- Dover police say a man wounded in a weekend shooting is not cooperating with investigators.
At around 2:20 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, officers responded to Harmony Lane for a report of shots fired. Officers arrived and were unable to locate any victims. Police said that shortly thereafter, a 29-year-old man, identified as Jermaine Brown of Dover, walked into Bayhealth Medical Center's emergency room with a gunshot wound to his upper left arm.
According to police, Brown refused to answer questions that would help investigators identify the person who shot him. Brown was arrested for hindering prosecution and released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
