I love Logic Puzzles. I love Maths. I love solving things.
If you are like me, you have to try EteRNA. The main idea of this game is to gather up the internet's ability to harness what is called "collective intelligence". Essentially, by playing this game you are helping advance the scientific communities understanding of RNA.
Sounds intimidating? It isn't. You don't need to have a PhD in Algorithmic Combintrics to play and have fun (for Joe W.). The site is using the power of large numbers of people to help speed up scientific discovery. It's worked in before and it looks like it's working again.
Here is a link explaining in more detail..... http://www.nytimes.com/2011/01/11/science/11rna.html
Click to play and participate.... keep tabs of your points and progress in this thread. Need help? Post it. Good luck.
