    TV interference

We recently switched from Verizon Fios to Mediacom. Basically getting what we need for half price the price the Verizon was charging. Phone and net are fine. We have 3 tvs on ONE of them we have a problem with channel 19 TNT keeps cutting out to the point it's hard to watch a show.Only this tv.Out of the channels we watch only this channel. Mediacom says it's interference and they can't help us????
For anyone ever thinking of making the switch we had a real problem with the installer who is an outside contractor and everybody seems to know who we are talking about when we describe his service. After that close to being the same except I get knocked offline much more.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your provider. We switched from Verizon Fios to Comcast Xfinity to save about $60 a month and we haven't noticed any difference in any of our services - phone, cable, or internet.

I just can't wait until some cable provider gets smart enough to offer a la carte services. For example, I want the three basic channels, HBO, Showtime, Food Network, HGTV, SyFy, Science, Discovery, all the History channels, some kid based networks, and not much more. That's all my family watches, and probably for about 10 hours a week between the four of us. Most of those 10 hours are HBO. If we want to watch a movie, we turn on the Wii and power up Netflix, or head to the Redbox.

I don't want to pay for a lot of fluff that I don't use. If I could find a provider who would let me pay per network, or even per hours used, I would be all over it.
