Sen. Carper Wants Answers On Report Of Over-Medicated Foster Kids
WMDT 47 NEWS - You may remember that shocking report that came out in December, stating that U.S. foster children were being over-medicated. Investigators found that thousands of children, including infants, were prescribed psychotropic drugs in dosages that exceeded the FDA's recommended levels.
