• O'Donnell Denies Lawyer's Claim He is Owed Money
  WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Former Delaware Republican Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell is testifying in her court battle with a lawyer who says he's owed more than $20,000 for work on her Senate campaigns.

O'Donnell took the stand Tuesday, a day after Jonathan Moseley testified about attempts to collect money from O'Donnell. Moseley said the work he did for O'Donnell ranged from temporarily acting as her campaign manager and treasurer in 2008 to handling allegations in 2010 that she'd misused campaign finances.
O'Donnell said she was leery of hiring Moseley to work on her 2010 campaign because of problems he caused in 2008. But she said staffers told her Moseley was doing important work, particularly after The Associated Press reported that her campaign was the subject of an FBI probe into alleged campaign finance irregularities

WILMINGTON – Former Delaware U.S. Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell has won in her legal battle with one-time political aide Jonathan Moseley over old debts.

In a 12-page decision handed down today by Delaware Court of Common Pleas Judge Andrea Rocanelli, the court found that neither O’Donnell, her campaign group Friends of Christine O’Donnell nor her political action committee ChristinePAC owe any financial obligation to Jonathan A. Moseley.

The former aide had claimed that O’Donnell owed him approximately $20,000 for both his time and expenses for work he had done on her two U.S. Senate campaigns.
At trial and outside court O’Donnell and her attorney Richard Abbott claimed Moseley was “obsessed” with O’Donnell.
