$50,000 in perfume stolen from outlet store near Rehoboth Beach
Burglars made off with pricey perfume when they broke into an outlet store near Rehoboth Beach two weeks ago, police reported today.
Sometime between 3 a.m. and 8:40 a.m. on May 3, burglars broke into the Perfumania Outlet, at 35016 Midway Outlet Drive, pried open the front door and helped themselves to $50,000 worth of perfume from the display area, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier.
In breaking in, the burglars damaged the alarm system which kept the alarm from activating, Fournier said.
The burglary was discovered when employees arrived to open the business for the day.
The next day, a break-in was discovered at a Perfumania Outlet store at Rockvale Square shopping center in Lancaster, Pa.
In that burglary, the culprits broke in through a rear door and stole a safe and an undisclosed amount of perfume.

I sprayed all $50,000 worth on me at the same time. I smell like Snooki's underboob.
