Police: Boy, 14, raped younger brother

Milton police arrested a 14-year-old Lewes boy May 4 who they say raped his 7-year-old younger brother.
Milton police interviewed the younger brother at Milton Elementary School a couple of times pertaining to a school issue when the boy revealed the abuse, said Capt. John Cornwell of the Milton Police Department.
The boy told police he was sexually abused from November 2011 to April 2012, Cornwell said.
Police arrested the 14 year old, who lives in the 28000 block of Log Cabin Hill Road, and charged him with second-degree rape. He was committed to Stevenson Center in default of $5,000 secured bond pending a Family Court hearing at a future date.

Ew. Ew, ew, ew, ew, ew. This kid is sick and needs a therapist... and the parents/guardians should also be looked into. Kids who commit sexual assault are usually the victims of sex abuse themselves.

They are brothers though. So it wouldn't be weird for them to be in the same bedroom or "wrestling" or "horseplay" or having the older brother babysit. Who could you trust more to watch a younger child than their own sibling? I think it's so unimaginable that it never occurred to the parent(s).

I agree with PG... the 14 year old must have a history with this behavior. Maybe Dr. Bradley? Oh God...I hate to even think about this....it's literally churning my stomach. I hope they all get the help they need.
