DELAWARE - If you're a Salesperson in the first state, you may want to invest in a name tag. Delaware lawmakers passed a bill that would require door-to-door sellers to wear an I-D badge. It will have to include your, employer, company phone number, business address and Delaware business license number. The law exempts those who sell door-to-door on behalf of a nonprofit organization, such as the Girl Scouts.
