Police Looking for Missing Teen (Carlisle, PA)

I don't normally do this kind of thing, but I'm throwing this up here because this is a friend of a friend situation and Carlisle is close enough that someone down here may know someone up there and word can be spread to keep an eye out...

CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) - Police are looking for a 16-year-old Carlisle girl who went missing Tuesday night.


Her foster father told officers that he last saw Samantha Starr at 5:30 p.m. as she was leaving to go to a rugby practice at Mooreland Elementary, according to police.


Her curfew was at 8 p.m. and calls were made that caused her family to believe Starr was on her way home but would be a little late, police said.


When Starr did not come home by 9:30, and the friend she was with did not know where she was, her family reported her missing, police said.


Starr is described as 4'11", 110 lbs, with long brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing white shorts with a hole in the right leg, a black tank top, and black sneakers.
