I'm not into playing online "gotcha" games and I'll do my own research, thank you very much. Facts are essential to meaningful discussions. No matter how one dresses up fiction and takes any number of oaths to prove it isn't fiction or falsehood, it still isn't true. As far as insults go, believe me, as an old CPO I have just about heard every imaginable insult possible, been cursed in several languages, been chewed out by Admirals, Generals, Captains and Colonels and am still a loveable, kind hearted, old geezer who is loved and respected by most who know me. Not many liberals though.... One of the main reasons that we are in such bad shape now (national debt over $15.5 trillion) is that too many people believe the notorious half truths which are far worse than outright lies. Eventually the taxpayers will tire of their money being used to buy votes for politicians who try to perpetuate a failing liberal progressive agenda. Personal freedom, self-reliance, responsibility and the free enterprise system is what made this country great.

Thanks Tralee, I'm really trying to be objective here. It's just so damn hard when some of this stuff (just from my perspective) is so easy to discredit. I think one of the worst things going for us as a country today is mis-infomation and there are some who read this and take it as gospel. Somehow I feel the media is to blame for a lot of our issues.

God help us all, because whether Obomney or Obomney gets in, this country will not get better. As Ron Paul has said, one side loves warfare and the other loves welfare. Both want to steal money from hard-working Americans; they just want to use it on different things...sort of. Both are in bed with the Banksters. Meanwhile, society is fast deteriorating as the sides polarize and everyone on the "other side" is viewed as an enemy. We don't see each other as people anymore. The "other side" is less than human somehow.

The only bright spot is, as things worsen, more and more people will join the liberty movement; there is still a small chance that we can avoid this country eating itself alive and plunging into a second Civil War.

Max, As you well know it is hard to get anything done in Washington DC. Our system prevents quick changes in policy which is good most of the time because it helps prevent rash actions before the facts are known. Even when the facts are known, things can go horribly wrong and I cite Obamacare as an example. Not a single Republican vote in the total and no input from the GOP was considered in those democrats only closed door sessions. Unless we have confidence in our leaders there isn't much chance of them doing a good job. Just a guess on my part but Ron Paul doesn't seem to inspire most of the people. Nor does he have an agenda that promises "revenue redistribution". I believe that Mitt does provide a working knowledge of economics, has proven experience and credibility that will provide the necessary level of confidence that will be acceptable to most people. Four more years of more of the same failed leadership may render our nation a disaster. Many people believe that we are on the edge now and could actually fail. One of my favorite movie lines is from "Full Metal Jacket", "This is like a s*** sandwich and everyone has to take a bite". We are in a deep hole and must stop digging! Voters this time must vote with their mind, not their heart.

A vote for Romney is also a vote for Obama. They're the same guy. The only difference is that one has a tan.

I will not be any better off under an R than under a D. My money will still be stolen and used to pay for things that other people want and need...people who wouldn't spit on me if I were on fire.

Ron Paul is the only Republican who said NO as the crowd at the GOP debate cheered on the prospect of an uninsured person dying. Saying you don't want to pay for anyone else's healthcare is one thing; saying that they deserve to die if they get sick, and cheering that prospect--laughing and sneering in the faces of grieving loved ones and telling them it's good their loved one is dead--is quite another. That is just sick. I will not support a candidate who supports that sort of sick, twisted thinking...and by their refusal to say NO, every other candidate on that stage gave their tacit support to it.

Ron Paul is the ONLY true pro-life candidate. He is the only one who feels that ALL life is precious, not just the lives of the unborn. His concern for life does not stop as soon as a human drops out of their birthmother.

I'd rather throw my vote away than throw my country away. I'd also rather live on the fringes of society than in the thick of a society gone mad...and a society that has deemed a class of humans as "deserving to die" HAS gone stark barking mad. There is absolutely no defense for it. I've never considered myself "pro-life," but I suppose I am, because I do not support this madness.

Why are these court papers filed "hand written?" is that normal?
Why is "California" crossed off on the top of the page and Delaware written? Is this acceptable for court documents?

My question was posted yesterday and you never addressed it, please do at this time. I want to be objective I want to help you but unless you can type something believable up I just cant continue.

If you are referecing the 18 USC 3057 (a) form with California crossed out and Delaware written in and the hand writing - everyone is making an apple to orange compare.
1st off - there is NO Rule against hand written documents for "pro se" parties.
HOwever, Judges almost ALWAYS ignore pro se parties (though that is against the Law too)


I had attorneys throughout the entire case for 5 years (as required by Law for an "Inc" (corporation).
Also (and PAY close attention) my contract guarantees that ETOYS pays my attorney
DO You see that - take a look at how they say 'You Never Filed)
NOT True - the Judge Order (that they drafted by the way) - says I am excused from Rule 2016
(that is because they did NOT want me detailing all my works (and thus their breach of fiduciary duty))
What they are saying is that the court approved MNAT - NEVER - Filed any papers as required.
Al Capone simply refused to allow Frank Nitti to give my evidence to the Court about Al Capone's Crimes
It also says that eToys must INDEMNIFY me and Hold me harmless for their wilfull misconduct and gross negligence
All 3 parties here - have CONFESSED to 34 acts of Perjury - (MNAT, Traub and Barry Gold)
I caught them red handed, with Smoking Gun affidavits in other cases (thanks to the Court going internet full in 2004))
Until then - the Clerks hid all this evidence from me.

As is now readily apparent (with MNAT confessing to lying about working for Goldman Sachs)
MNAT had a veiled agenda why it wanted a Corp - instead of me personally.
That way- at the end of the case - MNAT simply REFUSED to put in my paperwork (to get paid)
Then I hired many firms (Heiman [A Former Trustee who KNOWS the Law])
Also Weiss, Rothschild (yeah I know), Kennedy, Bayard, Brook etc etc
Everytime I found out more crimes - the attorneys (acting ILLEGALLY) simply REFUSED to inform on other attorneys
Which is against the Law. They became accessories before, during and after the fact.
You cannot watch (and understand) that federal crimes are being committed
and then refuse to report them to authorities.


What assisted me here was the fact that they could not (but did try) to Bribe one shareholder (Alber)
He could act Pro Se without an attorney

The reason I had to go to California with it is 2

I found out that the US Attorney in Delaware -
who was REFUSING to investigate and prosecute 100 crimes
(a federal agent informed me of this)
That Colm Connolly was breaking law
refusing to investigate and prosecute MNAT
but
Connolly was being corrupt TOO
he failed to inform me - that he was a a PARTNER with MNAT law firm in 2001
the very year the crimes began

(including a 40 page brief that spelled out many of the crimes)
That way they would know that someone who knew what they were doing
coached me properly

No more than 12 weeks later - they are required to respond

or close the case and state "Officially" that there's NO case
