30 minutes of cardio every other day. (running three miles or 30 min on eliptical) Just got back into weight training. Now I'm hungry most of the time.
Walk about four miles a day. Try to eat very light, low carb mostly. Since the end of April I have lost 31 pounds!
(I have HBP, diabetes and high cholestrol)
