NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - New Castle County Police say they found a marijuana growing operation in a home from which they seized more than 11 pounds of the drug. Officers were called to the home Wednesday and say they found marijuana plants, pots, lights and fertilizers in the basement. A search warrant was obtained and police also seized an indoor irrigation system, fans and the marijuana. Twenty-eight-year-old William Farrell of New Castle has been charged with possession of marijuana, maintaining a drug property and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on unsecured bond.

Back on topic, our first home was in Gwinhurst, it was a clean working class area then with affordable homes. Just to make you guys drool a bit, back then a nice 4 BR starter home cost around $40,000! It's a shame to see a nice area decline.




God! I'm starting to sound like MY parents.
Since there are no REAL penalties for driving without a license most of the folks in this catagory could care less if they lose their license. They will continue to drive anyway.
