What happened? I've actually been to this one a few times and never had any problems there.

I have liked this store. Like their biscuits and gravy ad they do have very good burgers for fast food. My wife had gotten drops for a eye exam and I was driving her.
We went there for breakfast after her exam because I had liked this store. 10:30 am no one was waiting at counter. There was a woman with a head set wandering around behind the counter who pointed to the register apparently to someone who was on the floor.She would not look at us. After a few minutes I said to my wife loud enough to be heard 'Let's go to McDonalds" She is the kind who embarasses easily and didn't want to just walk out. So after 5 minutes a young girl comes from the front floor area and says can I help you. I bought wife's breakfast and plainly let her know I wasn't spending a penny for me now that they were finally ready. The woman with the headset was behind the counter the whole time making a point of not looking at us.

Sounds to me like a Managerial problem, instead of boycotting them I'd call corporate and complain for 2 reasons 1) they need to know the attitude and work ethic of their employees and 2) you may get some free food out of the deal

last hardies i was at was on the way home from Missouri. we wanted to make a quick stop, use the bathroom, get some grub take-out and get home.

store was empty, no-one in line. i swear it took 20 minutes for us to get our food, i am a super patient person but i was getting heated.

I am usually a laid back "no problem "person . Just plain being ignored like that really pissed me off. And while I was in the bathroom they are playing something over the sound system about Hardees quick ,friendly service.. Yea right.

It sucks that you had to encounter those employees who just don't care or just don't want to "work" while at work. Either way, gives places a bad rep.

Just as long as they didn't eat some of your food before giving it to you. I saw Wendy's do that to my drive-thru order once. Mo-fo's.

I used to go there at least once a month. It usually took a while to get my food but the people were always friendly and the food was always really hot and fresh.
