Too Little or Too Much Snow

Snow and wintery weather can have opinions that are as diverse as the temperature during these days.

So do you like lots of snow, just a little snow, no snow?

Fresh snow is pretty. Who could not like it? However I don't like driving in it,walking my dogs in it or the cold temps that come with it.

Too little! We need a storm that brings at least 10 times what the last storms this season has brought.

I think snow is pretty to look at. But I have arthritis and it just hurts too bad to get out into the cold and shovel. I don't really like cold temps as I get older either. I'd move to Florida or Hawaii if I could convince my hubby.

Personally, we have had exactly the right amount of snow each time, just enough to make things look pretty and not enough to have to worry about. Yep, sounds exactly right to me. After all, we can always VISIT snow someplace and then come home. After last winter when, for the first time in 20+ years I had to shovel snow, no more. Nada, zilch, none!

My snowblower is depressed. It hasn't been used once this winter.

Maybe you could wash and polish the snow blower and lawnmower and put them away together.Who knows by spring you might have a little weed wacker.

1-2 inches are self cleaning. I don't even shovel those. Plus the snow gives a little traction instead of the sheet of ice.

When I retire, I'm moving south somewhere ,to a beach somewhere where it never snows. With just the clothes on my back, a sledge hammer and a mailbox.

I hate the snow (and the winter, and the cold, and the ice, etc). It could NEVER snow again and I'd be just fine with that.

Sure, it's pretty to look at, especially on Christmas morning. But that lasts about 2 minutes at most. Then it can just melt away.

If there's no snow for Christmas morning, don't bother snowing at all. EVER.

Ok, I get the south, no snow, beach, clothes and mailbox. What do you need the sledge hammer for? (Hate to tell you but in Bluffton, SC, way down past HHI, they had snow, no much, but snow, last winter!)
