SPCA seeks owner after emaciated boxer dumped at shelter
An emaciated white male boxer was dumped off at the Delaware SPCA shelter today in Stanton.
Shelter workers are looking for the dog’s owners.
SPCA Executive Director Ann Cavanaugh said the dog was dumped off mid-day from a silver sport-utility vehicle.
The boxer, who has been named “Chance” by the staff, is very friendly and loveable, Cavanaugh said.
He is being given medical attention at the shelter.
