The Institute for Local Self-Reliance (ILSR) and the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control are conducting a one-day construction and demolition recycling workshop Thursday, Oct. 27, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for contractors, architects, and other green professionals interested in managing construction and remodeling waste for recycling and reuse.
