    Boy, 13, Charged With Rape

    DOVER, Del.- Police have arrested a 13-year-old Dover boy accused of raping a 5-year-old over a period of several months.


    The 13-year-old, who lives on the unit block of Willis Road, is charged with two counts of second-degree rape, four counts of fourth-degree rape and first-degree unlawful sexual contact.
    He was released and turned over to the custody of a grandparent pending a Family Court appearance.
    Editor's note: Because the suspect is charged as a juvenile, WBOC is not releasing his name.
