    Queens Theater Wilm

BRAVO. Just went there tonight for a show and it went way beyond what I expected. Hell, it is even way better than The Trocadero (which would be a comparable venue). Excellent acoustics and great atmosphere--especially with the modern+vintage blend. Hopefully in the future they'll decide to bring in some comedy acts which would be awesome, but for now it is just music only (at least that's what the bar tender told me). Support the Queens Theater. Wow, they even got into the NT times:

I've been there a few times already including twice last week for Arden local Richard Julian and again for Robert Randolph.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE The Queen.

I arranged for my very talented niece to shoot Robert Randolph (press passes) and she took amazing pictures.....

Gary Clark Band (the opening act who were amazing)

Since it's a World Cafe WXPN venue, I think they'll stick with music for a while anyway. I do hear a rumor that they may open a smaller room on the third floor if things go well.

Oh...I should let everyone know that it is also a restaurant with some pretty good nosh so pop in and def try the Eggplant Fries.

I've seen two shows since they opened. Martin Sexton in July and Johnny A last month.
this is a really nice venue for small crowds, there isn't a bad seat in the house.
I was hoping to get up there a few Wednesdays this year for their Blues Night.

It is not a word that I see too often unless I am on a Snowboard/Ski site, or a Mountain Biking site. Don't know, word just seems funny to me. By any chance do you know what Bonk is?
