I went last night to see Captain America - The First Avenger

Like all the other Marvel tie ins you gotta sit through to the end of the credits to see The Avengers movie tie in.

This is a movie where I will have to go and see it a second time to catch all the little easter eggs that were dropped in the movie. And there were a lot.

Good strong story. Good action. At some points the movie seemed like it was hurried at parts.

Almost as good as X-Men First Class

any issues with realistic death?

Set in wartime, there is war like killing. Not Saving Private Ryan kind of killing and violence but more like Iron Man (the first movie). If your kids can handle that then it would be fine to take them to.

I probably won't take the 8 year old to see it because of the realistic war-like violence.

But that is just me.

Honestly GL, I haven't even looked too hard at the schedule yet. But you are right, there are a ton coming out this summer!
