A police offer - who has a last name "Barks" - went to handle an issue, was fearful of a Chihuahua and shot it.

Not once, not twice - but 3 times.

Dangerous Chihuahua eats lead and is now dead.

Shooting Chihuahua 3 times - officer is forced to resign;
was it too much brute force - for bullet 1 or bullet 2 or bullet 3?

Man is charged with crime for Barking at Police Dog;

Turley reports;

Officer Bradley Walker reported that he was investigating a car crash at a pub when he heard his police dog barking uncontrollably and found Stephens barking and hissing at the animal.
Stephens’ defense was golden: the dog started it.

Even as a misdemeanor, I fail to see the crime here. Stephens should have been scolded as a
“bad human” and sent on his way without a treat
