Police respond to shooting at bowling alley



New Castle County Police are investigating a shooting that left at least four people injured late Friday night at the First State Bowling alley near Edgemoor.

New Castle County, Delaware State and New Castle City police along with Emergency Medical Services personnel all responded to the 11:41 p.m. call of shots fired in the unit block of Kiwanis Drive.

At the scene, officers discovered three males had been shot in their legs and one female had a gunshot wound to her torso. Police reported the victims were each taken to Christiana Hospital for treatment.

Police say the investigation is continuing.
