NON TECH answer, you can not do it.

As the page says, you drag the icon-thingy to your bookmark bar. Then when you are on a page you want posted on your FB wall, you click that bookmark, it takes you to your facebook profile, loads the link, you write your comment as per usual and post.
No muss, no fuss, doesn't rust, bust or collect dust.
