My wife and I started doing Muay Thai and boxing as our primary workouts to stay in shape so of course it would be great to continue doing this, so does anyone know if there are any good MMA gyms in the local area?

That place is always crowded too. Went by one time and they had sheets or soemthing over the windows, guess they were having a tournament and were charging people an entrance fee.

My wife enjoyed the training she got there, and Jack is a good person. I've seen it very busy in there. I'm guessing that's a good thing.

I would definitely take it as a good thing.
