I have a soft spot in my heart for Simon and Garfunkel. "The Only Living Boy In New York" id by far my favorite of theirs. So I thought I would share. I think it is a song that conveys the sense of being lonely ( S & G split up after this album. "Tom" was a stagename for Art, who was filming "Catch 22" when Paul wrote this song...) and at the same time a feeling of being completely amazed by your surroundings.
