    Thread view in Safari

When an article count goes above a certain number (the COD thread just did for me), the tree in threaded view loads as blank in Safari and FireFox on OS X. Has this ever happened to others on that platform or on other platform(s)? Makes it real hard for me to who said what to whom. Restarting the browser doesn't help BTW.

It is probably a limitation in the memory allocated for objects or arrays in javascript (being that it happens only at a certain threshold). In many ways OS X is a superior OS, it has failings. The largest one being Apple itself. Being a Unix guy from 83 or 84 I find OS X fits like a glove. A pink, furry glove .... with tassels and bells on it.
