Rental townhouse available in Trolley Sq....

Once again...
One of my rentals became available because the tenants decided to buy in the neighborhood. I guess that's a compliment to the area, right?


Anyway....
It's a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in historic Trolley Square.
Gas heat/hotwater, central AC, gas cooking, washer and dryer, fenced in patio. I'm currently getting estimates to refinish the hardwood floors and am hoping to get a tenant by 1 October. Rent is $1500 plus utilities*.

Let me know if anyone here is interested. I'll work with my TD buds *cough - deal- cough*.

I'll post the craigslist ad as soon as they approve it...hopefully by morning.

Damn is right.... the previous tenants moved out August 1st but I've been on vacation and traveling and now I finally have time to deal with it.

Its a perfect house for a guy like you too man, close to work, stores and the little one could have a nice back yard and neighborhood. I love it over there, people are nice, and your close to the park:-)

I'll have to keep this in mind when my lease is up next year....
I either want to rent a house or buy one... This apartment living sucks...
