    Cool Favorite Delaware mall

What's your favorite mall in Delaware?

Concord Mall for me. It's a good size (not too big, not too small), has manageable parking and traffic, and a decent variety of stores. Plus it has Cafe Riviera And is really close to wear I live

Chrisitana Mall is big. Too big in fact. The traffic and parking are pretty bad every time I go there so I tend to avoid the place. I'm lucky to get down there a couple times a year.

Dover Mall is the only mall in Delaware not in New Castle County. Well, that's kind of the reason it's not my favorite - it's just too far away! I find it very similar to the Concord Mall though.

The Tri State Mall gets consideration because it has a wig shop. I don't think any other malls in the state can say that

I was never a mall person. If I needed something I ran in and ran out as quickly as I could. That has changed recently, between the curfew and new look I have been frequenting Christiana Mall more often. There are two things that Faudal, my daughter, and I all agree on and they are Barnes and Nobels and Sukihana. It makes for a pleasant evening for the 4 of us (my son loves the bookstore but chooses to eat somewhere else).

Like there are that many to choose from LOL. Xtiana if you want to get beat up or overrun with loser teens that have nothing else to do. Concord if want crappy stores. Tristate is considered a mall? That place is ghetto fest. Dover mall is hillbilly and redneckville.

You have been up there since the curfew was put in place, haven't you? It's not bad there at all anymore...at least not after 6:00.

Who goes to any mall on a Fri or sat in the evening? I have better things to do. Curfew schmerfew. That doesn't stop the high school dropouts/losers and losers who are in their 20s still trying to pick up high school chicks from going there during the day. There is always some douche tearing ass through the parking lot or blasting terrible music that you can hear from half a mile a way in their pos 1994 honda civic or accord

I don't really like going to the mall all that much. I used to go to Christiana in the mornings to walk when the kids were little, I'm not sure if you can still do that. But now that my oldest has discovered the mall we go more often. I think they are doing a pretty good job remodeling the Christiana mall and I do love the curfew. I always park over by JCPenny's and I can usually find a place to park fairly easily. I am dreading the parking when they finish Target, but I can't wait to have a Target store down this way!!!
You can only make a mistake once. After that it's a choice.

Then you OBVIOUSLY haven't been to the Christiana Mall since the curfew was started.... It DOES stop that element that you listed. There are security guards at almost every entrance and walking around stopping individuals that look questionable. I've even seen more State Police presence since the curfew was started.. It's nowhere as bad as it used to be.

Besides the movies, it is the one place my kids and I can go as a family on a weekend evening. We've never had a problem, never encountered the nonsense that kept me away in the past.
    And I reiterate: Sukihana...yum!

I go to Christiana once or maybe twice a year.... Concord is closer but there is nothing there that interests me except the B&N, Best Buy and Ulta. When I want to go mall shopping, I go to Exton or KOP.... DE malls suck IMO.

I hate shopping... but I'm with Wendy. Barnes and Noble and Sukihana do it for me. I love The Apple Store, but that place is always a madhouse, so I rarely get to enjoy it.

My daughter and I like H&M (when I have money...it's no fun if I don't). When we go in there the guys roll their eyes and then hit the Apple Store.

NONE OF THEM !! I hate malls and avoid them like the plague.
I fully support the arrest and deportation of all
    illegal immigrants.
