New York Supreme Court shuts down eToys v Goldman Sachs case.
We have long predicted that they would rush to shut down the eToys issues before Mitt Romney wins the nomination for the run for President.
A few weeks back - the judge ruled that we do NOT have her permission to inform her about the eToys fraud.
Now - the NY Supreme Court - has ruled that Goldman Sachs has done NO wrong in the eToys v Goldman Sachs case.

What is Not being revealed by the main stream media Press - is the fact that this was a case where Al Capone hand picked Frank Nitti to be his prosecutor.
www.MNAT.com lied to the Chief Federal Justice in order to become the eToys Debtor's bankruptcy counsel. What MNAT lied about is the fact that MNAT stated they had NO conflict of interest issues.
In other words - MNAT was Not connected to Goldman Sachs
nor did MNAT admit that it was Bain (owned by Mitt Romney) - counsel.
Then, MNAT asked for and received the court's permission to DESTROY Books n Records - as MNAT - along with cohort Paul Traub - sold their client eToys assets to their SECRET client Bain/ Kay Bee Toys - were Bain/ KB wound up owning eToys for FREE.
That's right - Nada - Zip - Zilch
and in the Kay Bee Toys case - they continued the fraud in such a manner that Bain was paid a profit to bu KB out of bankruptcy.
MNAT picking Paul Traub to prosecute Goldman Sachs resulted in the following.
Goldman Sachs FAILED to prosecute Goldman Sachs
and the NY Supreme Court has put the Entire case Under SEAL
so that the public cannot see the crimes that transpired there.

arranged (July/ Aug 2008) for his secret clients (Bain and Goldman Sachs)
to give Fingerhut a $50 million loan and they Changed ownerships
(net way to dodge RICO seizures - just give $500 million entity away for $50 million - to your friends)
At the same time - it was ARRANGED that all legitimate bidders were tossed out of the Polaroid bid
Tom Petters bought Polaroid with Ponzi scheme monies for hundreds of millions
It was worth $2 billion in contracts when Traub's firm bought it (as 2nd highest bidder)
for approx $80 million
Now Traub owns his Polaroid interests of his form Partner - Ponzi Schemer - Tom Petters

Wonder how much more they will get away with - when they own the DOJ through a corrupt Mitt Romney
