Yeah not doin so good with stopping analogs. Just not enough smoke to satisfy me from the ones we got. Hubby figured out if you cover the holes on the atomizer you get a better "hit" of smoke, but it still isn't as satisfying. I was thinking of trying a flavored smoke too, we got the Marlboro medium stuff and it's good but when I am really craving a cigarette it's just not enough. We normally smoke Marlboro ultra light 100's so I thought medium smoke juice would be enough. PM me and I'll give you my number, maybe talking to you would give me more ideas on what may work for us. With my husband and me if one of us caves the other does too. I really, really want to quit smoking, I hate the way it makes me feel, but it's been a habit for over 27 yrs and I just don't seem to have the will power!! I still think the vapor cigarettes are the best substitute for me though. It does really help to have one in my hand, just frustrating to not get a full drag when I am craving one really badly.

I have been a smoker for 30 years and quit 2 months ago. I use the eGo Tank and also the wet box mod. both help me and I enjoy the taste of the water vapor plus the nic it gives you. My lungs are much better, and I feel good!

Did you here about some states trying to ban E-cigs? They claim to be unregulated and "harmful" to your health. As if regular cigs are better.

I guess the stamp tax is gonna hurt bad from innovation.

I was thinking of going the e-cig way but i barely spend anything on smokes. I'm a "sissy smoker". More of a social 1-2 cigs a week if that.

Yeah ny has banned the sales of ecigs, affected a few people I know, shipments err getting confiscated, etc. sucks.

Wow. Those kits from COV are pretty pricey. Not pricey if you buy cigs by the carton, though. I would give it a spin. But the initial investment has me taken aback.

Chase we never did meet up about different flavors and stuff. I really need to get back into using my ecig. The price of cigarettes is just adding to my financial pissed off state.

When you guys say you 'quit' smoking....do mean mean you quit cigarettes but now use this vapor stuff instead OR did this vapor stuff help you quit smoking altogether?

The vapor stuff still has nicotine, right?

You can get 0 nic liquid, so you can step down your nicotine. But yes, I'm quitting smoking cigarettes.

This is planning to be my substitute since i barely smoke. I can smoke an e-cig and be done with it. I can smoke a cartridge in two weeks .

So these e-cigs are replacing your cigarettes? Do you use the 0 nicotine or are you still on nicotine?

I'm only asking because it's not just smoking cigs that's bad...nicotine is what gives you wrinkles, grey skin, and constricts your veins as you age, which is why smokers get cold hands and feet. It's also why so many smokers suffer from ED. My Dad lost a leg at 50 due to nicotine.... his main artery in the leg constricted so bad that they couldn't save it. I learned from his vascular surgical team the immediate affects of nicotine on the body. It terrified me. I just hope no one in this thread thinks that quitting cigs and replacing them with nicotine "vapor" is ok.
