i have nationwide but i work there and i like being able to manage my own insurance needs

State farm gave me the best rates out of them all. By like 100-200 per month compared to the others
Getting Settled
Back in 2000 were were ROYALLY, and I mean royally screwed by Liberty Mutual. Our auto insurance has since been with State Farm. Our homeowners was with Northern Neck, until they decided last year to stop renewing policies of anyone within 100 miles of a coast.....since I live smack dabbed in the middle between the Atlantic and the Chesapeak, that meant usSo now our homeowners is through Lloyds of Lodnon.

We don't have to worry about car insurance. We get our cars through my husband's company so insurance is included in our lease rates. Our homeowners and insurance on our wedding rings is through State Farm though.

State Farm dumped me when I moved to NJ a while back... I've been with Progressive ever since! the whole online deal works best for me, since I don't have a lot of free time to deal with real people!!

We have USAA for both auto and homeowners. It's the best deal around if you qualify. The only way to qualify is if you were in the military or a family memeber was. My dad was in the Air Force so my whole family qualifies even my grown children do. Best rates I've ever seen.

I have USAA for home and auto. I also have a home equity loan through them and a credit card.

As a veteran of the insurance and auto repair industry for 8 years, I can tell you hands down that USAA is the best car insurance company to deal with if you ever have an accident BAR NONE.
This is true for the policy holder as well as the repair shop.
Unfortunately, we don't all qualify for USAA.
State Farm is also very good.
As for all others...well.....if you can't say something nice....

Along with the homeowners and auto insurance, I have a credit card and checking account with USAA. Their service is impeccable I have the road side assistance (towing) with my auto insurance and it has saved me more than once since the begining of this year alone.
I would definately, and have, reccomend this company to anyone that qualifies.
