IDK if this is a good idea or not...

But.. stupid question... I always thought group homes brought down the value of a home and of the homes surrounding it. If that is true, then isn't NCC really doing something that will more than likely do more damage than good?

Sometimes I feel just like Sharpay from High School Musical....
"Don't you see that bigger is better and better is bigger. A little bit is never enough!!! No! No! No! I want it all!"

Some people choose to remain in the past with life, love and happiness; never really exploring the opportunity of a new day. To those I say: Build a bridge, Get over it, and Move on. A new life awaits you just around the bend....

They bought those houses for $160K a piece. Wise government spending at it's finest. It's only tax payer money. They know where to get more when they run out.

It's welfare, that's what it is.

From the ones I know of around this area that is not always the case, in fact seldom the case.

    Is it March 20th yet?
