Since the prescription was written by an American veterinarian though, the pharmacy can't be held liable for mixing it to begin with, could they? I dont know. But it does seem like they can be held liable for mixing it wrongly.

Edit: You're right. Compounding pharmacies are prohibited from making anything that's banned in the USA.
