Company just announced a 1.1% pay increase across the board. First pay increase in probably almost 7 years. Whooohooo, let's go get a candy bar to celebrate!

Well had a meeting with one of the big wigs from corporate yesterday about my 1.1% raise. Which ended up turning into 1.5% before he came out. After the meeting I am proud to say I am the happy father of a 11.2% raise! WHAT-WHAT, we going to sizzler. Drinks were on me last night at the bar, but no one showed up
