4 and 2. It was a Triple or Quadruple Win for us last night. I will give you why.....
1) We handed then their first loss
2) it gives us the Playoff shot
3) When we had our rainout gme, I was at the field with one of their guys and the ump, and I said damn, this is going to push playoffs back a week and I won't be able to make it. that's when their guy turned to me, looked me dead in the eyes and said, "Your not going to make the Playoffs anyway". We just smacked him in the mouth last night with tht Win.
4) Because it really was a Win, and the only thing that really does count.
I did learn something last night and that was, I will never ask the one girl to sub for us again. She did earlier in the season, and I was very grateful, but last night she was just running there mouth, and being all cocky. Not to mention acting like a real BITCH, with a side of Unsportsmanship. But it's ok I understand, they are from County teams and thought they old run the fun league! The first week we played them, and we lost. That was our first time playing together as a team, and we gve them a run. Last night we were down 4-0, and battled back with an extra inning to Win. So she had every right to be upset and act like a Little kid.
Still on my high from last night.....lol. Guess you really didn't need all of that.

Hubby and I went to Atlantic City for the night on Friday. We walked around, shopped, had dinner, walked the boardwalk and finished the evening with a romantic walk on the beach. It was perfect. That made me happy.

Playing in my first ever championship game tonight at any level as my work softball team goes for the championship! It won't be easy - we split with our opponents in the regular season, winning 9-4, but losing 17-6. Under the lights at Greenbank if anybody wants to watch, lol.
