Good luck Grin. The e-cigs have been the most effective thing I've ever used. And God knows I've tried them ALL over the years. This is the first time I've quit and can't stand the smell of a real cigarette. My hubby has been going outside to smoke. He's going to the Dr. tomorrow to start taking Welbutrin to try and help him quit.Originally Posted by Grin

Today is 2 months since I smoked an actual cigarette and I'm down to the lowest dose on my juice for my e-cigs!! And Chase thank you, thank you for going above and beyond to get me a new e-cig kit. I really like the new ones
Hey, keep up the good work! Once you are done you will be so proud of yourself. I quit 25 years ago and I know how hard it is. Just keep in mind that now you can really smell the roses.

Congrats MO3. That is a big accomplishment.
Wednesday, January 25th will mark 6 years since I quit. I've never had the urge of going back to it so that makes me happy.

Sussex Central vs Seaford swim meet yesterday. A really close match that wasn't decided until the very last relay. A lot of excitement for 3 1/2 hours with no politics involved. Of course Central won and my son had a great day.
