Drop off bulk yard waste for free

Instructions for using the drop-off sites:

• Landscapers and other businesses prohibited from these sites
• No lumber products or fencing can be dropped off
• Only “loose” leaves, brush, branches, Christmas trees, and branches less than 4 Inches in diameter may be deposited – No wire, no plastic bundling
• Empty all bags and take them with you
• Deposit yard waste in the designated areas
• No other waste of any kind may be deposited at this site
• Violators will be prosecuted
• Dumping and related complaints, call 800-662-8802
• Questions, please call 302-739-9403
• When available, mulch may be removed by residents for free.

Thanks to Witchy's s/o giving me the info, I just signed up for the curbside recycling for 6.00 a month thru DSWA. For just 1.00 a sticker (and you buy stickers in bulks of 10 I think), you can bag or bundle yard waste, put a sticker on each bag or bundle, and DSWA will pick it up at the curb. I'm lazy like that; if I spend the day working in the yard I want someone else to deal w/getting rid of the shit.
