There is no question as to whether it can be done with Solar and the various other off-shoots that he has going on there but, if it's not the intial expense that does it, then certainly the technical knowledge (of lack thereof) and ongoing system maintenance is what puts something like this out of the realm of main stream acceptance and or implementation ...
