| | Delaware State Police have charged a 49-year-old ROTC instructor with having sex with one of his students.
Timothy McDorman of Lincoln was charged Wednesday with rape, possession of child pornography and computer crimes related to children engaged in sex acts.
A 16-year-old girl's mother called police after finding a text message from McDorman to her daughter's cell phone that indicated that the two were having sex.
The police investigation revealed McDorman and the Seaford High School student had sex in March. Police say the girl had been sending McDorman naked pictures of herself since October when the two began a relationship.
A Seaford school district official says that McDorman is no longer with the district. SOURCE

McDorman was the pastor of Eastern Shore Community Church, just north of Georgetown on U.S. 113.
