I'd love to live in that area. Too bad it's pricey for my bank. Can i rent it for a few nights, so i can throw wild TD parties in it? We can all get straight smashed and fall out anywhere. Like in our youth.

But seriously. I really would like to rent the space out for a party. If you don't have any takers. I'm thinking of getting some friends together for a night of drinking. I'd ask them for a piece of what you will charge me.

I'll clean the mess up in the morning.

I have a second house that will become available in August on the same street. It's bigger, has a deck, all hardwoods, new systems and a finished basement. It's a real gem... I love this house. I'll list it when the current tenants vacate. Just an FYI for future ref.

Here's a solution to all the controversy over full-body scanners, searches, pat downs, etc. Have an appropriate booth that you can step into that will not X-ray you, but WILL detonate any explosive device you may have on you.

They get their wish and we get ours!

I love the entire house. BTW... I need your services to check it out between tenants....the usual BS....

check all outlets, replace smoke detectors, check appliances, skylights need some sealant, roof inspection, snake the drains if needed, blah, blah, blah.

It'll be empty tomorrow.
