| | | This house is once again available for rent starting June 1 or possibly May 15, 2009.
1500 block of N. Rodney Street in Trolley Sq.
See original post.
Send me a PM if interested.
Will likely put an ad on Craigslist/TNJ in the next week or so. Just thought I'd TD'ers a first shot at it.
Thanks.
FYI- I'll probably put it in the paper for more money but will keep the current $1500.00 for you good folks. (just an FYI in case any one sees the difference in prices) | Re: Rental avail. 15 March

| | | I'd love to live in that area. Too bad it's pricey for my bank. Can i rent it for a few nights, so i can throw wild TD parties in it? We can all get straight smashed and fall out anywhere. Like in our youth.
But seriously. I really would like to rent the space out for a party. If you don't have any takers. I'm thinking of getting some friends together for a night of drinking. I'd ask them for a piece of what you will charge me.
I'll clean the mess up in the morning.
Nothing out of hand. Just adults drinking themselves silly.

| | Roogle, as much fun as that sounds, I don't think the neighbors would be too happy with me.
Maybe if a TD'er rents it, I'll add in the lease that they have to host a party. | | The Following User Says Thank You to hockey For This Useful Post: | | Re: Rental avail. 15 March

| | Trolley Sq 3 Bedroom Townhouse
^ Listed in craigslist.
I have a second house that will become available in August on the same street. It's bigger, has a deck, all hardwoods, new systems and a finished basement. It's a real gem... I love this house. I'll list it when the current tenants vacate. Just an FYI for future ref. | Re: Rental avail. 15 March

| | Ok....so my second Trolley Square house is available for rent as soon as July 15.
This house is located at 1517 N. Rodney St. It's a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath European styled town home with all hardwoods, high ceilings, crown molding, built-in cabinetry, finished basement, fenced brick patio with an herb garden, a sunny deck off the back bedroom, skylights, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, dishwasher, pantry, gas heat, central AC and a front brick patio on a historic tree lined street.
This is my favorite house. It's a gem.
Rents for $1700.00 a month plus utilities (I pay for water, sewer and trash is free)
Thanks!
1511 N. Rodney is still available for $1400.00 a month.... it's a bit smaller and does not have the finished basement or deck. | Re: Rental avail. 15 March
