| I watched this movie tonight. I've always liked Bruce's movies.
This movie is about how the human race has become "passive" and 99% of the population lives out their lives through robots. Sort of like a Matrix interface, a human can stay in the safety of their home while plugged into a surrogate (robot) and have the surrogate do.. everything... for him/her.
This is a future I don't ever want to see. Sure, supposedly crime rates have fallen significantly, but when a husband and wife no longer want to "live" outside of their home, and let their robot selves do everything (even hump), we've got a problem.... But that's just my opinion.
This movie had a decent plot, and plenty of action to keep me interested.
I'd recommend it. Maybe not to drop $10 at the theater, but at least to rent it when it's out on DVD.
